Aldeeb app and website are a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool that enables users to create a digital product catalog. We are not vendors, we do not own the displayed products, we do not process financial payments between the seller and the customer, and we do not handle delivery.

2. User Legal Responsibility

• The legality of the products they sell.
• Compliance with tax laws, commercial registration, and consumer rights in their country.
• Issuing invoices to their customers if required by law.
• Any dispute arising between them and their customers regarding product quality or delivery.

3. Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to use Aldeeb to sell or promote:

• Legally prohibited materials (drugs, weapons, etc.).
• Illegal or fraudulent services.
• Any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

We reserve the full right to close and ban any account that violates these terms immediately and without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure the service operates permanently, but we do not guarantee it is free from technical errors or temporary downtime for maintenance. Aldeeb bears no responsibility for potential business losses resulting from the use of the service.
